Data made available through Open Data Blend Datasets and Open Data Blend Analytics can be used under the Open Data Blend Database Licence (ODBDbL) if you have an active Commercial subscription. - Share: To copy, distribute and use the database.
- Create: To produce works from the database.
- Adapt: To modify, transform and build upon the database.
As long as you:
- Attribute: You must attribute any public use of the database, or works produced from the database, in the manner specified in the Attribution Requirements section below. For any use or redistribution of the database, or works produced from it, you must make clear to others the license of the database and keep intact any notices on the original database.
- Have an active Commercial subscription: You must have an active Commercial subscription. Your rights to use the data under this licence are terminated when your Commercial subscription ends.
- Limit data transfer to third-parties: You must not transfer a substantial part of the data, or insubstantial parts amounting to a substantial part, to any other person who is not one of your employees, officers, representatives, advisers or sub-contractors.
Attribution Requirements
Any public use of any data from Open Data Blend Datasets or Open Data Blend Analytics must be accompanied by a hyperlink with the words "Includes data from Open Data Blend" that points to this page. The hyperlinked attribution text must be large enough and clearly visible so that it's easy to make the association between the usage of the Open Data Blend Datasets or Open Data Blend Analytics and the attribution. The font size should be no smaller than 8px or 80% of the largest font containing information about the data used, whichever is larger.
